The Boswells Scallop

The Boswells Scallop is the school's first ever student-run newspaper. It is published fortnightly and run by a team of budding young journalists, who are keen to share the stories of our students. The paper was created in September 2019 and, so far, has covered many events within the school. 

The paper provides an amazing opportunity for students and teachers to work together in discovering how to demonstrate the outstanding work that many of our students produce - the frequent publication of student’s artwork is an opportunity to represent just some of their amazing talents. The first publication was a huge success within many staff members and parents commending the work of the team and expressing how amazing it is to allow the students to create something from their own perspectives and ideas. We cannot wait to see the paper continue to grow and establish a solid position within the school’s network.
